Role: SAP HR Functional consultant (SuccessFactors)
Location: remote USA
The person can be located anywhere in USA but must support PST business hours.
Project Description:
In this role, you will analyze the Benefits and Payroll data SAP SuccessFactors system and provide guidance to the extraction team to generate reports for archival.
Responsibilities:
Lead functional consultant responsible for supporting other HR consultants and developers.
Conduct working sessions with HR to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
Work with different HR stake holders and prepare requirements documents for the build team
Provide subject matter expertise on the HR data to the technical team, explain requirements and facilitate archival process.
Support SIT and UAT testing of the archival solution
Advise HR team on industry standards for HCM process areas in order to provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes.
Mandatory Skills Description:
At least 5 years of implementation experience in HCM modules of benefits and payroll.
At least 8 years of IT experience and 5 years in a lead role
SAP SuccessFactors experience will be an added advantage
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Healthcare experience
