- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in a large enterprise supporting IAM functions
- 3+ years of experience supporting SailPoint IAM systems, with consideration given to candidates experienced in other Identity and Access Management technologies like OKTA in particular
- 2 + years of experience writing and troubleshooting rules, workflows, and custom connectors
- 2 + years of experience developing custom forms in SailpointIIQ
- 2 + years of experience developing role assignment rules based on attributes
- Proven experience working with customers, business subject matter experts, and executive management
