Job Summary:
As an Experienced Program Manager within the Transformation Management Office (PMO), you will assume a leadership role in managing a portfolio of initiatives aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness. These initiatives span sales operations, sales finance, and the optimization of sales systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, and Keylight. Leveraging your extensive experience in program management, you will drive strategic change, streamline operations, and contribute to the company's sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Leadership:
Lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of sales effectiveness initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy to drive enhanced sales performance.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic objectives for the sales effectiveness portfolio.
Prioritize initiatives based on their strategic impact and alignment with business objectives.
Project Oversight:
Manage and guide individual projects within the portfolio, ensuring they adhere to the program's strategy and deliver expected outcomes.
Provide leadership and support to project managers and teams to ensure successful project execution.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders across sales, finance, IT, and other relevant departments.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations on sales effectiveness initiatives.
Sales Systems Optimization:
Apply your expertise in sales systems, including Salesforce, Zuora, and Keylight, to streamline processes, drive system enhancements, and improve overall sales performance.
Collaborate closely with IT teams to implement system improvements and integrations.
Change Management:
Lead change management efforts, crafting strategies to ensure a smooth transition during transformations.
Communicate changes effectively to the organization, proactively addressing concerns and driving adoption.
Risk Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with sales effectiveness initiatives.
Implement risk management strategies to safeguard project success.
Budget Management:
Manage budgets for the sales effectiveness portfolio, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial targets.
Evaluate resource allocation and make recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a demonstrated history of successfully leading initiatives.
Extensive experience in sales operations, sales finance, and sales systems, with expertise in Salesforce, Zuora, and Keylight.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
