Role : Sr. Incorta Architect

Location : Chicago, IL (Day 1 onsite)

Job Description :
  • Should have 8+ years of experience in Incorta design and development .
  • Initially to analyze, design and develop Incorta Schema/Table model from existing legacy HR SQL Server database.
  • Convert the above Incorta model to get the consume the data from Oracle Cloud Fusion HR, instead of legacy HR SQL Server database.
  • Complex ETL should be written in PySpark to create Incorta MVs (Spark SQL and/or python)
  • Most of the Fusion Cloud model are SCDs with history maintained through Date Effective/Expires, which requires cleanup in staging, break the dates for duplicates and zip them to have the continuous Date Effective/Expires, without overlap dates.
  • Should be capable of writing complex Analytics SQL using LEAD, LAG, FIRST_VALUE, RANK etc. Also write SQLs using WITH statement to generate the required MVs, instead of breaking into many redundant tables.
  • Should be able to generate Incorta dashboards using the latest Result set in Incorta 5.2.1 version feature to generate Flexible/Dashboard Filterable Management Dashboards.
  • Should be capable of designing security model to restrict the Incorta Data Rows and encrypt the Columns based on Business Users Levels and Functions. At the same time the developers should not be restricted.
  • Develop new models based on continuous Business enhancements and requirement changes.
  • Should have very good communication skills .
