Knowing other DB (Mongo DB, DB2, Sybase) will be an advantage. Config tools: GIT, Team forge Build tools: Maven script, Jenkins IDE - Eclipse, Rapid SQL, SQL Server WinScp and Putty - Unix/Linux commands Weblogic 12c, Apache servers Operating System: Linux/Unix Excellent trouble shooting / analytical / problem solving & debugging skill Experience using ITSM Tools (Service Now or Remedy or any other ticket tracking tools) for Incident and Change management Mortgage experience Finance/Banking domain knowledge Provide level 3 support for business-critical applications: o Technical analysis and root cause determination o Monitoring, triaging & troubleshooting Incidents o Escalate/coordinate with various IT teams and track to closure the incidents where needed o Perform Data analysis and trouble shoot data discrepancies o Handle defect break fix changes, testing, deployments o Provide 247 operational support for critical issues o Work on SHIFTs (morning & night) on need basis
