Title: Contact Center PCCE Consultant

Duration: 3-6 Months

Location: Houston, TX

Rate: $50/hr - $60/hr

Requirements:

• Expertise in Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE) architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in scripting, routing, and reporting for contact center solutions.
• Proficient in managing and optimizing PCCE to enhance customer experience.
• Strong understanding of network and telephony systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex contact center issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Cisco Collaboration certification or equivalent is a plus.
