Description
- A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field, PMP certification, proven project management experience, Understanding of ERP implementation, Budget management experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interface with high level client management, as well as vendors, - Facilitate project activities, as needed
- Facilitate resource management for projects, - Coordinate and communicate with agency stakeholders,
- Understand political relationship of key decision makers,
- Facilitate management of issues and risks from the projects to the program,
- Ensure that deliverables are developed per defined requirements and timeframe,
- Stay abreast of significant change initiatives, - Highlight and identify needed program changes,
- Work with IV & V on project/program findings and recommendations.
Assist with Preparation and Support:
- Prepare presentations - Prepare 3 to 5 year plans
- Prepare and report priorities of projects within the program Performs administrative activities such as collecting, maintaining, monitoring and reporting on:
- Weekly status of the Program - Program spending and program metrics.
- Program requirements, documentation, issues, funding and risks.
- Meeting logistics, notices, written communication and meeting minutes.
- Program objectives via metrics and reports for distribution.
- Program plans and schedules for distribution to program team members.
- Tasks and action items pertinent to the success of the individual projects.
- Program and project changes as needed.
- Communications to internal clients, team members and leadership.
- Schedule information to clients, customers support organizations and vendors.
Required:
- Knowledge of ERP systems and upgrades, specifically PeopleSoft.
- Basic project management and administration processes and principles.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the equivalent.
