Description:
Role Description
1. Ability to provide system operation support for AP & AR & CM in Complex Asset Intensive Oil & Gas environment with demonstrated functional depth in the following areas:
o AP : deep knowledge of SLA and invoice/payment process
o AR and Cash Management including bank setup, lockbox and receipts.
2. Ability to support continuous improvements in the area of AP & AR & CM through identifying areas and ideas for improvement and carrying out continuous system improvement initiatives.
3. Ability to Work effectively with business partners and System integrator & ensure quality assurance on key deliverables
4. Ability to work closely with cross functional team & other technology disciplines across integration, data, security, application and reporting.
5. Manage daily operational incidents and break fix issues
6. Review requirements and design specifications to ensure fit for purpose
7. Engage Business SMEs to gather and derive business and systems requirements and translate them into functional - technical specifications.
8. Review cross-functional business processes, identify fit gaps and propose remediation, and assess interdependencies with integrations and cross module impacts
9. Analyze and problem solve system issues in respective application portfolio to determine the best course of action.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in lieu of every year of education
Min 5 years of experience in Information Technology
