Automation Test Engineer

MUST HAVE SKILLS Hands on experience in Cucumber/Gherkin to test applications Experience working in Selenium based frameworks Experience working in CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins Good understanding and working experience in DevOps Python scripting knowledge is preferred Hands on experience in HP ALM tool for writing test cases, executing, updating results, defect handling, Requirement Traceability Matrix Good in test case designing, identifying test data needs and set up, testing techniques and test optimization methods Have strong knowledge in SQL and able to write queries Good Communication and presentation skills High preference for candidates with below skills Cucumber experience, Gherkins, CI/CD, DevOps, Python, Selenium Secondary Skills Knowledge of Database testing, UI testing, SQL queries, Reports GSE experience, Risk Management, Financial services/Banking Client experience Responsibilities Understand manual test cases, design/develop automated scripts based on test cases Automate manual test cases using Selenium/Cucumber Unit test the automated scripts Troubleshoot/Debugging and resolve issues in automated scripts Recommends improvements to the automation framework Execution of Manual Test cases as needed
