Technical Lead

Required Skills Minimum 5+ years' of relevant IT software experience (hands on technical development) Deep understanding of multi-tier architectures and exposure to Core Java/J2EE (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, JNDI, EJB), REST, SOAP, XML, MQ Open source frameworks and tools such as Camel, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, Log4J JBOSS, Websphere or equivalent application servers RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL) Unix shell scripting Version control and build tools (e.g. Maven, Jenkins, Ant, Git, Subversion) Quick learner and self-starter who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills Experience with IBM Streams would be a huge plus Knowledge of NoSQL (Cassandra or MongoDB) and/or Apache Kafka would be a big plus Front-end Tech: JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery Job scheduling tools (e.g. Autosys) Experience with Site minder SSO, SAML, OAuth Prior experience of working with globally distributed teams Agile driven development
