QA Test Automation Engineer

Test Automation with experience in Testing middleware/Micro-services

Automation using Selenium/Java or JMeter

Ability to identify test use cases (all technical) for scope of change and create automation scripts.

Essential Job Functions:

Create and review test plans, test cases, and test data; identify problems, and perform root cause analysis.

Develop and review automated test scripts.

Maintain data integrity of test environment.

Create test reports.

Create tickets for bug fixing and bug reports.

Implement automated regression testing tools and processes.

Participate in software development lifecycle.

Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects in creating and validating acceptance criteria and test plans.

Work across multiple projects with a variety of individuals and groups.

Promote, encourage, and champion the use of automated testing.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or related field.

A minimum of 5 years of distinguished experience in quality assurance within the banking or financial sector.

Design, develop and implement a scalable test automation framework and strategies.
