Role: SuccessFactors Time and Payroll Functional Analyst

As a SuccessFactors Time and Payroll Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for the configuration and customization of SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules. You will have in-depth knowledge of these modules and experience in troubleshooting functional issues. Your expertise in EC to ECC replication setup and configuration for Time and Payroll data synchronization will be crucial in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules, including time recording, absence management, and payroll calculations, to meet the unique needs of customer HR teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules and the integration with multiple workforce management systems, ensuring optimal system performance and data accuracy.
  • Write and execute test scripts for Time and Payroll functionality, ensuring comprehensive testing and validation of system configurations.
  • Provide expertise in EC to ECC replication setup and configuration for Time and Payroll data synchronization, ensuring seamless data integration between systems.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and requirements, collaborating with HR and payroll teams to implement accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and provide solutions aligned with customer's unique business needs and HR best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in SuccessFactors Time and Payroll modules, leveraging this knowledge to optimize HR processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Time and Payroll modules with other HR and other customer systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
  • Analyze and resolve complex payroll-related issues, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
  • Document configurations, processes, and solutions, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Great to haves:
  • Pre-existing SAP MDG, ILM, or Syniti Advanced Data Migration experience, providing additional expertise in data governance and migration strategies.
  • Pre-existing understanding of SAP S4 embedded analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Google BigQuery, enabling advanced analytics capabilities and data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of project management, product, and agile delivery teams, facilitating effective collaboration and alignment with the company's project methodologies.
  • Experience working on cloud computing platforms such as GCP or AWS, contributing to customers' cloud-first approach and digital transformation journey.
