Description:

Linux/Unix Administration (Must Have Skills): -

Good knowledge in installation and configuration of guest Operating Systems like Linux, AIX and Solaris for different applications on ESXi environment
Experience in Installing, upgrading and configuring RedHat Linux 5.x/6.x/7.x, AIX and Solaris
Hands-on experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting various networking, hardware & Linux/ UNIX/Solaris server's services issues and performing preventive maintenance
Linux/AIX/Solaris pathing
Providing architectural solutions to LOB
Serve as a point of escalation for L2 team
Experience in building virtual machines in VMware environment
Collecting to TCP dump for further analysis on network Trouble shooting
Experience in Performance Monitoring of CPU, Memory, Disks, Network
Deploy and manage servers for production, staging and test environments
Good skills in managing RedHat Linux servers, Virtualization (VMware, Red Hat enterprise virtualization preferred), and system security
Participating in meeting with LOB for new projects
