Position: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: Fulltime/Permanent Position
Experience 10 to 15 Years
- Good experience in handling AMS / support projects
- Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
- Ability to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Experience in handling 24x7 projects in shifts
- Mastery of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles
- Review and Resolve Escalations
- Execute the project in Agile Way / SAFe Agile
- Perform various administrative tasks such as creating progress reports
- Conduct coaching sessions with team members to address performance issues and ultimately help them improve their customer service skills
- Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
- Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
- Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
- Monitoring and managing IT services desk, and support functions to ensure optimal service
- Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
- Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
- In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
- Expertise in people management and leadership
- Strong organizational skills
- Capacity to train and guide junior team members
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills
- Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
