Responsibilities

Responsibilities include the engineering design and support of both Voice and Video systems. Configuration, support and deployment of the Voice,Video & WebEx,
Must have good knowledge of audio and Video codec.
Must have knowledge and understanding on Video Products including Cisco Endpoints ( IX5000, DX70/80, MX200/700, CTS, TX, SX), Infrastructure including Cisco Call Manager, VCS, Conductor, Cisco Meeting Server, Telepresence management Suite, TMSXE.
Manage and ensure good configurations and connectivity of new video enpoints, Provision endpoints for monitoring and ensure no alarms present during deployment.
Must have experience with Cisco Telepresence systems: TMS,VCS,MCU/TP Server,ISDN gateways , CMS, MX/DX/SX.
Nice to have good Knowledge on Cisco Call Manager (CUCM)
Implementation of SIP trunks and routing protocols (SIP, H.323,SDP,RTP),TCP/UDP
VCS Expressway, MRA, UCDT,Cisco IM&P Server , SIP Implementation & support to multi-vendor equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting Video and Audio Conferencing in a Cisco environment
3+ years of experience working and maintaining Cisco Core Infrastructure and devices
3+ years of experience with Cisco Communication and Conferencing platforms: CUCM, SME, CMS, VCS, Expressways, Webex Meetings, Webex Series, CE or RoomOS Software and Jabber
3+ years of experience with Cisco Protocols: SIP, TLS, QoS, SRTP, and SCCP Signaling
In depth knowledge of network operations best practices and production support
Experience working with spreadsheets, documents, and presentations tools to create and maintain technical and functional documentation
Experience working and communicating with the user community, interpreting issues, understanding requirements, and deploying solutions
BA/BS degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
