CMDB Data Quality Analysis, ITSM, Mid server, Service catalog management
ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

• Understands Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB architecture, its integrations with other sources, ServiceNow discovery module, importance of various CI attributes and data relationships
• Reports the holistic high-level health metrics for Lilly Management (% accuracy across IDS, action completion reports etc.)
• Leverages and improves the data quality dashboard or ServiceNow CMDB health check reports (CMDB Health Dashboard)
• Offers training, consulting, and guidance to the local configuration managers (LCM) across Information and Digital Solutions (IDS) for data accuracy and quality
• Data clean-up or refresh.
• Escalates to Lilly in cases of no response or actions from LCMs/IDS partners
• Sets up timelines for IDS partners to fulfil the gaps and inconsistencies
• Answers the questions from IDS related to the usage of the data/attributes/relationships in CMDB and how they would have changed from pre to post IT Asset Management and Optimization (ITAM) implementation
• Proactively Identifies opportunities to build automated checks into the system to ensure data compliance
