Description:
Candidate should be vaccination and should relocate to Bellevue Washington location immediately.
Engineer in Core and Services QE organization will work with a team of network and systems engineers to understand the E2E architecture of Engineering platform nodes and provide provisioning ,validation and troubleshooting support to both internal and external partner teams to meet customer's requirements.
Engineer will participate in understanding of Billing, Real-time Charging and Provisioning solution right from SIM activation on north bound to Engineering south bound platform nodes and validate customer services .
Required to have:
Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
Experience with test design, test strategy, test plan and test execution of the applications
Experience with developing and executing test cases for functional, integration and E2E testing
Triage with vendors, internal customers for new and sustained core network engineering features, and identify the areas of further troubleshooting
Ability to work cross functionally to identify network and application issues
Self-motivated and ability to work well under pressure with Debugging and problem-solving skills in mobile platforms
Good knowledge on Telecom billing like SAMSON, Prepaid platforms that interfaces with any wireless interface is a plus for this position
Good understanding and working experience on validation of SOAP, XML, Restful API webservices
Good knowledge & working experience on networking protocols. (TCP,HTTP/S) and operating systems like Unix/Linux
Familiarity in documentation and troubleshooting tech toolchains (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Wireshark, qTest Manager)
Provide daily summary project status updates to the management team on the project priorities
Experience in Mobile Test traffic generation - Call, data and text is plus
Should be able to understand the basic of Wireless Telephony, including CDR generation
Should be willing to work in 16*7 shift
