Role Responsibilities:
Solution Implementation: Assist clients with the deployment and integration of Proofpoint's cybersecurity solutions within their IT infrastructure.
Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns related to Proofpoint products.
Product Configuration: Help clients configure and customize Proofpoint solutions to align with their security requirements and business needs.
Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, including email delivery problems, false positives, false negatives, and other system-related challenges.
Optimization: Collaborate with clients to optimize the performance and effectiveness of Proofpoint solutions, ensuring they provide the desired security outcomes.
Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions and create technical documentation to educate clients on best practices, features, and functionalities.
Proof of Concept (PoC): Collaborate with sales teams to support PoC efforts, demonstrating the value and capabilities of Proofpoint solutions to potential clients.
