Key Responsibilities:
- Billing System Mapping: Lead the analysis and mapping of financial and billing processes within Guidewire BillingCenter, ensuring alignment with business needs and financial best practices.
- Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed business and financial requirements for the billing system, ensuring clear understanding across teams.
- Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze existing billing workflows and financial operations, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring optimal configuration of the BillingCenter module.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business teams (finance, accounting, billing) and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications for system implementation.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure the billing system supports accurate financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Functional Documentation: Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process flows, and use cases related to billing and financial operations in the Guidewire system.
- System Testing & Validation: Support testing activities, including UAT, by validating the system's functionality against business and financial requirements and assisting in the creation of test cases.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end users, ensuring they understand the new billing workflows and financial reporting capabilities.
- Data Integration & Migration: Assist in the integration and migration of financial data from legacy systems to the new billing system, ensuring data integrity and alignment with Guidewire BillingCenter.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor post-implementation performance, gathering feedback from business users to drive continuous improvement in the billing system's functionality.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
