SPOC for Value Engineering. Analyse/Review Value Engineering ideas, Feedback to Project Manager and ensure effective implementation.
Facilitate Engineering Discipline for RCA (Root Cause Analysis) sessions.
Interfacing between Engineering & PMT team for grey areas (Not with definitive Ownership/responsibility).
Arrange Continuous Improvement Initiatives through day in day out action.
