The JIRA Functional BSA/Developer is responsible for Solicit, gather, and analyze, user and Business requirements. He/she will be responsible for customizing the 11FtA , developing and testing codes.

Work with customers and client stakeholders to understand and define business req.

1) Good Knowledge in JIRA product & architecture. Required JIRA version 7.6.4

2) Proven work experience as a JIRA Admin/Service desk Engineer

3) Experience in configuring workflows and Custom fields

4)Experience in developing JIRA plug-ins, API, WebServices

5)Hands on experience in Groovy Scripting Language

6)Good knowledge of object oriented programming and RESTful web-services.

7) Knowledge on working with BMCRemedy application is a plus

8) Knowledge on Custom Objects, Custom Fields

9) Work with customers and client stakeholders to understand and define business requirements and

10) Work directly with technologists to develop use cases and functional specifications documents

11) Identify and interview internal/external subject matter experts

12) Interface with technical managers and teams
