- Location: Dublin CA (Hybrid)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Minimum Experience: 15+ years in retail and technology industries, specialized in POS
- Responsibilities: Provide guidance, support, and technology solutions to IT Stores portfolio team
- Areas of Expertise: Retail store business area, POS, and self-check out
- Software Experience: Expertise in APTOS software implementation
- Implementation Experience: Hands on 2-3 full-fledged APTOS implementation for apparel or grocery retailer
- Technical Skills: Familiar with POS accessories and device integration with APTOS POS; Able to trouble shoot peripheral related issues
- Support Experience: Experience in providing tier three technical support for POS and store systems technologies (APTOS & others)
- Added Advantage: Any experience in APTOS rollout
- Work Flexibility: Able to work onsite at client location on need basis.
