Job Description:
- Responsible for the technical Integration and implementation of the ServiceNow integration with 3rd party tools/systems
- Expertise Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST API's
- Expertise in ServiceNow Orchestration and automations.
- Working experience with ServiceNow modules like PPM, CSM is an added advantage
- Expertise on all scripting components like Script include, Business Rules, Client Scripts etc, UI scripts, UI policies, schedule Jobs.
- Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests.
- Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes, and build this into the design
- Expertise level programming skills (e.g. JavaScript).
- Experience in ATF, mobile application, Service Portal, Multilingual support, Agent workspace, CSDM.
- Experience in service Portals.
- Experience in Upgrades and patching.
- Experience in catalog items, order guide, complex workflow, flow designer , integration HUBS.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the infrastructure environment through cross technology administration execution of scripting and monitoring automations.
- Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration.
- Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents / requests.
- Should be having experience in core workflow management system for handling incidents, service requests, problems and changes and including a tool for a configuration management database.
- Should have vast experience in ServiceNow integrations, orchestrations, service portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITBM, Modules.
- Up to date with current service now Technologies and features with thought leadership and new ideas and recommendations
