Job Title: System Specialist IV (ECM - Enterprise Content Management)
Location: Salem, OR 97301 (Remote)
Duration: 1 Year Contract
Description:
Computer systems specialists provide technical guidance for the development and troubleshooting of computer systems.
They identify system data, hardware or software components required to meet user needs.
They also develop guidelines for implementing secure systems to customers or installation teams.
May require a bachelor's degree in a related area with at least at least 6 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area.
The purpose of this request is to procure Application Maintenance and Support services for ODOT Technical Services Branch (Tech and Data Unit - TDU).
The primary tasks the contractor shall perform are as follows:
Provide consultations and solution recommendations for ODOT's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software ProjectWise tool
Create as-is and to-be process documentation
Use a variety of information gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, facilitation, diagrams) to gather, define and document complex business data requirements from Business teams
Identify areas for improvement in current systems
Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders in the development and improvement of business processes in relation to ECM
Conduct, document and present impact analyses
Create and manage requirements traceability matrix
Create and support the creation of functional specifications for data models, customizations, extracts, and reports
Create implementation documentation and support the implementation process
Develop design changes in the asset management software and development and testing environments and collaborate integration into the existing business production environment with the rest of the team
Plan and support data cleanup activities
Prepare test data, implement and support test activities including the creation of test plans and test cases; test enhancements and track results
Create and implement regression test plan and test cases
Plan and support user acceptance testing
Coordinate with other team members to reach project milestones and deadlines
Engage and build strong working relationships with IT, Business and Sourcing partners
Create training materials for Business and technical audiences, including User Guide, Job Aids, PowerPoint presentations and training data
Conduct in-person and remote training (for Business and technical audiences)
Troubleshoot issues, determine causes and provide options for fixing the issues
Experience with ECM software (specifically, Bentley's ProjectWise software)
Business analysis skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Development and systems/data analyst skills for release development tasks
Testing/analysis skills for the release development tasks and release acceptance testing tasks
Ability to produce business analysis deliverables: business process and workflow diagrams, system requirements, design specifications, and training and testing materials to facilitate implementation activities
Ability to complete work without direct supervision
Proficient in soft skills with an emphasis on customer relations, time-management, critical thinking and organizational skills
