Technical Leadership role helps to coordinate and facilitate the technical (Pega) aspects of the solution
Adds deep Pega product and Framework expertise
Pega Version: 8.1
FW: Pega Claims for Insurance, Pega Foundation for Insurance, Pega Customer Service for Insurance
Participate in key Requirements Sessions
Responsible for overall architecture and design of the application
Provides alternate technical options for requirements
Creates / Reviews architecture and design document for each release
Responsible for the enterprise class structure and ensuring basic design of the application meets with best practice
Creates and approves changes to Application data model
Sets technical standards & best practices for the team. Updates the standards periodically as required
Reviews the code to ensure that the code is in compliance with the design and standards
Reviews Guardrail report to ensure the compliance
Provides technical assistance to the development team on implementing complex requirements.
Coordinates with Pega Systems for product related issues and additional features

Educate business with Pega/Framework capabilities

Provide application demo to users during development
Coordinate between Business, QA and development team for defects triaging
Create Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
Provides walkthrough of FSD & requirement clarification to development and testing team
Create change requests as necessary
Support Functional testing
Review of Test scenarios
Support User Acceptance Testing
