Performance Test Engineer

MUST HAVE SKILLS Experience in Workload Analysis, Load Testing, Performance Monitoring and Tuning Ability to plan and execute in-sprint performance testing Experience in preparing Performance Test Plans, Performance Test Reports Extensive hands on experience in monitoring Web Servers, App Servers and Database Servers Experience in identifying bottlenecks during Performance Testing cycles Review and recommend improvements in performance to existing applications Good understanding and working experience in DevOps Good in test case designing, identifying test data needs and set up, testing techniques and test optimization methods Have strong knowledge in SQL and able to write queries Good Communication and presentation skills High preference for candidates with below skills HP Performance Center, HP ALM, CI/CD, DevOps Secondary Skills Knowledge of Application & Database tuning GSE experience, Risk Management, Financial services/Banking Client experience Responsibilities Understand manual test cases, design/develop performance scripts based on non-functional requirements Perform testing using Performance Center Troubleshoot/Debugging and resolve issues in case of test failures Recommends performance improvements to the identified bottlenecks
