We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing Salesforce applications, focusing on delivering customer-centric solutions using Salesforce's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components to enhance user interfaces and process automation.
- Ensure high-quality code and configuration with an emphasis on best practices and scalability.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and applications (e.g., Contact Center technologies, IVR systems) when applicable.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive continuous improvements and new features.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (3+ years).
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Knowledge Base, and Omni-Channel.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce development lifecycle, including deployment tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Git).
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical designs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices in architecture, data management, and security.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Contact Center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Amazon Connect, or similar) and their integration with Salesforce.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
