Project Integrator

The Swift Group is seeking a Project Integrator with expertise in graphic design and multimedia to lead the visualization and development of marketing and branding materials for our innovative technology products. This role involves collaborating across teams to ensure the successful execution of design projects that effectively communicate our mission and enhance our brand identity. This position will be located onsite in McLean, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design a variety of projects, including charts, graphs, flow diagrams, infographics, presentation visuals, publication designs, brochures, and exhibit designs.
• Develop, produce, and deliver visual products for print, presentations, installations, and digital displays.
• Assess client objectives and expectations, advising on project design, format, and dissemination.
• Create production schedules based on available resources and project timelines.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person design concept meetings with clients.
• Adhere to industry standards in design, color, and typography while utilizing company software and design standards.
• Continuously develop skills in line with industry best practices and stay updated on the latest Adobe applications and techniques.
• Support event coordination as needed.
• Explore innovative uses of Adobe applications to enhance project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience managing communications, graphic design, and presentations for Senior Leadership.
• Strong background in brand management and outreach initiatives.
• Ability to create engaging infographics, charts, and mission-related briefings.
• Experience developing marketing materials for brand identity, including logos, posters, brochures, and digital content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
• BA/BS Degree or five additional years experience in lieu of a degree
• US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

• Experience in web design, development, and publishing.
• Strong facilitation skills for design concept meetings.
• Background in graphic design or related fields.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, and design concepts.
• Excellent creative and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Strong customer service and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related arts major.
