We're looking for a Senior Business Manager reporting to the Chief of Staff (COS) of the Microsoft AI CEO. The role will provide business operations support across the MAI project portfolio. - Own the global engineering site community across the organization
- Manage execution on cross divisional programs like the intern program, discover days, employee onboarding
- Headcount management in collaboration with our recruiting and finance partners

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 4+ years experience in financial management , business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management , business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
- OR Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 3+ years experience in financial management , business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related role
- OR equivalent experience.
