As a Project Manageryou will oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills and a deep understanding of radiology practices and healthcare regulations.

What you'll get to do:
  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop detailed project plans and project dashboards to monitor and track progress.
  • Measure and manage project risks.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Measure project performance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project.
  • Delegate project tasks based on staff's strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
  • Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.


What you will need to be successful:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Radiology, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field OR a minimum of 5 years related project management (preferably in Radiology) experience
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of radiology practices, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
