As a Project Manageryou will oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills and a deep understanding of radiology practices and healthcare regulations.
What you'll get to do:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans and project dashboards to monitor and track progress.
- Measure and manage project risks.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Measure project performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on staff's strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
- Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
What you will need to be successful:
- Bachelor's Degree in Radiology, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field OR a minimum of 5 years related project management (preferably in Radiology) experience
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of radiology practices, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
