Summary:
This position is responsible for providing functional support for UKG Workforce Central and UKG WFM (Dimensions) to internal customers, including providing support outside of regular business hours. The Intermediate Enterprise Application Analyst develops test plans and scripts, as well as supporting and coordinating user acceptance (UAT) and training, coordinates and delivers end-user trainings, creates and assigns security profiles, configures all UKG WFM components related to Time and Attendance and Scheduling as needed.

The Intermediate Enterprise Application Analyst develops test plans and scripts, as well as supporting and coordinating user acceptance (UAT) and training, coordinates and delivers end-user trainings, creates and assigns security profiles, configures all UKG WFM components related to Time and Attendance and Scheduling as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation: Responsible for evaluating project requests associated with the field of expertise and/or systems supported, conducting current state assessments, requirements gathering and definition, future state design, and application build activities. Responsible for leading implementation teams in planning, design, development, testing (unit, application, and integrated), and deployment of projects, as well as contributing to the development of associated training curriculum/program, post-implementation documentation, and production support services. Ensure systems design supports corporate policies and federal legislation, where applicable.
- Project Management: Prepare detailed project plans. Adheres to project schedules and timelines and completes projects on time and within budget. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate sponsor group, steering committee, or other governing body to ensure successful implementation (on time, on budget, and within scope).
- Maintenance, Support, and Troubleshooting: Monitor, acknowledge, and resolve heat tickets as assigned. Coordinate software and hardware repairs and version upgrades with customer departments and IT. Develop and maintain documentation for system procedures.
- Administrative: Production Support and Maintenance: On-call support. Ensuring the integrity, integration, and stability of the production system. Formulating system scope and objectives to develop or modify complex system designs. Interface maintenance and support.
- Communications with a variety of stakeholders across the organization. Owners and departmental system support staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions:

WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least four years of work-related experience in project management experience; Direct experience related to same or similar systems installed at Children's.
EDUCATION
- Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. (Required)
