Overview
Delaware North is hiring a Lead Project Manager to join our equipment procurement team. As Lead Project Manager, you will manage multiple third-party construction vendors and coordinate the construction or renovation of Delaware North-owned properties. In addition, you will also manage small and large budgets and report on project issues, budgets, and scheduling time-lines.
This role will be 60% onsite at our Yellowstone Park location.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate environmental surveying, local agency permitting, PUD submission, traffic study, town hearings, and geo technical work.
- Coordinate the construction process such as construction bids, bid negotiations, contracts, equipment arrivals, site personnel, build progress, issuance of progress payments, inspections, and resolution of plan deviations.
- Manage and conduct value engineering at project milestones to ensure budget and time-lines are met.
- Conduct site visits to prepare estimates and evaluate the property condition including FFE; document the present condition of the facility.
- Prepare and record approval requests, commitments, contracts, and payment requests following company policy and guidelines.
- Maintain all records and files pertinent to the design and construction of the projects.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
- A minimum of three years of experience as an owner's representative or lead construction project manager overseeing projects exceeding $15M.
- Knowledge and experience in purchasing, budgeting, negotiating, and awarding contracts.
- Able to travel up to 60% of the time, potentially weekly.
