- Bilingual Digital Brands Manager will study and analyze English and Hispanic market research to identify opportunities. Monitor market trends, and research consumer markets, events, and competitors' activities. Identify new projects and research needs that support all brand strategies.
- Bilingual Digital Brands Manager will monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and digital ads. Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop engaging and relevant social content for English and Hispanic campaigns, edit scripts, audio, video, and other promotional materials for adherence to the specifications of each campaign to enhance their online presence
- Bilingual Digital Brands Manager will create social calendars for multiple brands. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social media, display, YouTube, mobile, search, shopping, and website for OmegaXL Sport, Antinol Plus, GHW brands, and Vida Sana.
- Bilingual Digital Brands Manager will develop and optimize branded and non-branded search terms, keywords and overall campaigns for Antinol Plus, OmegaXL Sport, GHW Brands, and Vida Sana. Maintain and update website themes, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing online presence.
- Plan and organize workflow against the marketing calendar, including product and campaign launches. Cascade work from overall organizational and departmental goals to ensure all content is executed to hit the goals and KPIs.
- Bilingual Digital Brands Manager will support the other Marketing Brand Managers to reach financial objectives and goals. Assist with financial analysis for multiple brands and portfolio evaluations.
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights and provide editorial, and creative support to team members.

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor's Degree in business, English, marketing, media communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Understanding of the full marketing mix, including experience with planning, management, execution, and measurement of all forms of digital media: search, social, display, video, mobile, and email.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
- Experience using the following technologies: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Marketing Services, Microsoft Ads, SEM Rush, Sprout Social, (Sellics, Dotdigital, and YotPo,) is a plus.
- Background in D2C CPG products and/or healthcare and the supplement industry a plus.
- Meta, Google, or a digital marketing certification a plus.
- Advanced Google Analytics certification a plus.
