Job Title: Revenue Growth Analyst

Reporting to: Chief Customer Officer

Classification: Exempt Full Time

PURPOSE:

The Revenue Growth Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies and promotional plans for the company's products. This role involves analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to recommend pricing and promotional actions that will increase sales and market share.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute pricing strategies based on market research, competitive analysis, cost and markup factors, and overall business strategy.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Design, analyze, and evaluate promotional campaigns; assess their effectiveness in achieving sales volume and profitability targets.
  • Data Analysis: Perform complex data analysis to understand the impact of different pricing and promotional strategies on sales and profitability. Use statistical tools to forecast pricing and promotion outcomes.
  • Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations for management that reflect the results and effectiveness of pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, finance demand planning and product management teams to align pricing and promotional strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Market Research: Monitor and report on market conditions, consumer trends, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all pricing and promotional strategies comply with company policies and industry regulations. Continuously seek best practices in pricing analytics and promotions management.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)

  • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in pricing analysis or related field, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
  • Strong Price Promotional Analytical Skills Experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with database management and data analysis tools Excel, Power BI
  • Experienced in IRI, Nielson, Luminate, Power BI. Proficient in using advanced statistical analysis software to model and forecast sales outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
