Because of our continued growth, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us attain our customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role will reside in the Nevada regional area.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales, assist in developing sales plans and present them to upper management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customers as assigned and identify new potential customers.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Drive new business - from both existing and new customers. Manage the sales funnel
• Understand the customer & market landscape - bring ideas and suggestions back to the business
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• No direct reports at this time.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• BS in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' experience working in EMS space
• Successful track record of growing territory
