The position at a glance
The Global Markets IT Production G10 Rates Application Support team is part of a global team providing services directly to the G10 Rates business in NYK and the Americas region. The team is concerned with the production support and release of solutions providing discreet functionality, driven by the global G10 Rates business. The systems are used globally with major server hubs in London, NY, Tokyo and Singapore.

The Montreal team is responsible for the support of the Fixed Income settlement and global risk systems.The successful candidate will be joining a team of 5 people in Montreal.The role will include functional and technical support for middle office, back office, settlement, P&L teams in North America and overseas as well as analysis for new requirements, testing and project work.
The strengths and skills that will help you succeed
Bachelor's degree or foreign education equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
Trade Support or Finance experience
Troubleshoot trade capture, booking, settlements, and trade breaks issues and provide timely resolution
Create and maintain documentation
Must be able to multitask and take ownership on multiple items until resolution
Facilitate proper communication to the business users and clients
English spoken and written fluently, French advantageous
Strong understanding of the trade process
Strong UNIX scripting / development
Strong SQL skills
Strong background using Microsoft products (Specifically Excel & Outlook)
FTP, SFTP, FTPS, CFT file transfer setup knowledge
