Trissential is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Solutions Architect who thrives on solving complex problems, ensuring data quality, and leading integration efforts in a cross-functional Agile team. If you are passionate about data architecture, business process understanding, and delivering scalable data solutions, we encourage you to apply. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work in the US, and who are open to a Hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) at either the Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN office.
This role operates within a cross-functional team, which includes product owners, Scrum masters, engineers, QA professionals, and architects. The culture is highly collaborative, and you will work with several different teams, both within and outside of the customer organization. You will also be expected to take ownership of solutions and ensure they are fully implemented by the development teams.

Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $170,000 to $190,000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect data solutions within the customer data domain, focusing on customer contact and billing data, and how it is made available for various internal applications.
- Lead the design and implementation of data APIs and ensure data is structured and maintained according to the company's common information model.
- Collaborate with other data and solution architects to develop cross-team architectures, ensuring alignment to common enterprise patterns and standards.
- Support the ingestion, quality assurance, and availability of customer data, driving the development of consumable data products.
- Work within an Agile environment, leading architecture solutioning during sprints and collaborating with product owners, Scrum masters, engineers, and QA staff.
- Cross-train across teams to stay informed on other data-related projects and ensure architecture consistency.
- Act as a technical leader for both data integration and business process understanding, laying out solutions for development and integration engineers to implement.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data and/or integration architecture, with a strong understanding of both data platform architectures and data as an information product.
- Expertise in AWS data services (Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS DocumentDB, DataBricks) and Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
- Experience working with integration platforms (Apigee, AWS Lambda, IBM ACE middleware) and various API gateway technologies.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, architecture patterns, and the ability to create scalable, quality-driven data solutions.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, particularly with Scrum teams, and leading architectural discussions.
- Proven ability to work across different data domains, ensuring consistent standards and enterprise-wide alignment.
- Previous experience in the utilities and customer domain is desired, but not mandatory.

Essential Experience with Technology Stack:
- Core Data Platform: AWS (Aurora PostgreSQL, DocumentDB, DataBricks)
- Integration: AWS Lambda, Apigee, Informatica CAI, IBM ACE
- API Architecture: CRUD APIs for data functionality, including customer contact data and billing relationships.
Non-Technical Skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to convey architectural solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong team collaboration skills, with a willingness to be hands-on and proactive in solving issues.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently while taking full ownership of architectural solutions.
- Attention to detail and a desire to ensure data quality and accuracy across projects.
