We're seeking an experienced HVAC professional to lead our growing team as Assistant General Manager for our Golden, CO location. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on management and strategic growth opportunities, with a clear path to advancement within our organization.

As the Assistant General Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our Golden, CO location. Compensation & Benefits:
  • $200,0000 first-year OTE

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of HVAC Technicians and apprentices
  • Drive both top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profitability for the Golden, CO location
  • Provide sales and technical training to enhance team performance
  • Coach team members to meet and exceed quality and revenue KPIs
  • Strategically assign customer jobs to optimize technician skills and customer satisfaction
  • Address client concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with multiple department leaders to gain comprehensive business insights
  • Participate in rotational training across various departments to broaden organizational understanding
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and financial performance

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Prior team management experience
  • Track record of exceeding sales/revenue goals and improving profitability
  • Experience in financial management and budgeting
  • Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
  • Openness to potential relocation opportunities for career advancement
