Responsibilities
- Explore opportunities, make recommendations, and lead initiatives for sustainable business growth and continuous improvement;
- Explore opportunities aiming to design bundled solutions enabled by digitalization, connected services, and analytics;
- Lead business review and creation across the Customer Solution organization, including system and process standardization;
- Lead ad-hoc analytics analysis, transforming data into meaningful information that can support decision-making;
- Develop analytics TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis that can leverage the value proposition of the service offerings;
- Design methods, tools, and processes for the Service Contract pricing business;
- Develop methods to collect market information and benchmark to support the pricing process. Work closely with Dealers and Customers;
- Work in close collaboration with the analytics teams to establish a strong business performance management;
- Represent the Customer Solution in cross-functional projects;
- Work closely with internal teams, such as finance, engineering groups, product owners, IT and commercial areas;
- Develop and deliver presentations to different audiences.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience
- At least 2 years of lead experience

- Master's degree
- At least 8 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience
- At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
- At least 14 years of analytics, business intelligence, strategy or forecasting experience
- At least 2 years of lead experience
Additional Requirements
- Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
