Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) to join our BatchLeadsPlus team. As the DMM for BatchLeadsPlus, you will bring a combination of Google Adwords expertise and digital marketing expertise to ensure ad campaigns drive leads at the right cost while guiding strategic improvements to campaigns and experiences. BatchLeadsPlus is a premium pay-per-lead (PPL) service in the real estate investing space. The DMM will have a solid grasp of funnel metrics, and how to improve these, and will report weekly on the status of campaigns to management.

Supervisory Responsibility
  • This role will eventually have one Account Manager reporting to him/her.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management:
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns, including budget management, ad creatives, ad copy, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
    • Oversee paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Youtube.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using tools such as Adwords, Amplitude, and GA4.
    • Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analytics.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization:
    • Create and manage effective lead-generation campaigns that drive qualified traffic and increase conversions for our real estate investors.
    • Optimize landing pages, forms, and user experiences to maximize conversion rates.
    • Manage SEM campaigns and optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) like cost per click (CPC), click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and lead conversion rates.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
    • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and digital marketing tools to stay competitive in the rapidly changing digital landscape.
    • Become an expert in the PPL space and find new ways to innovate in driving quality leads.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, creative, leadership) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
    • Manage relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and platforms for paid media campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the advertising space.
  • Strong working knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.), and social media advertising.
  • Strong writing skills
  • Knowledge of real estate investing a plus
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Amplitude, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in running lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret & communicate data and trends.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and landing page optimization techniques.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
