NURSE PRACTIONER OR PHYSICIAN'S ASSISTANT -WOOSTER HEART GROUP

Wooster Heart Group, part of the Bloomington Medical Services and the Wooster Community Health System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a cardiology background to join our established Cardiology office. We provide cardiology and interventional cardiology care to the community.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing specialty health care for our patients
• Collaborate with the physicians to provide excellent quality cardiac services to our patients.
• Provide monitoring and continuity of care between physician visits.
• Triage of patients in office.
