Creative Project Management Trainer- Asana Consultant

America's Favorite Jeweler, Ross-Simons (a division of Luxury Brand Holdings) is seeking an Asana Consultantbased in our Cranston, RI office. In this role you will be responsible for training our team through group sessions and 1x1 personalized support. Help implement a comprehensive ASANA training program that is focused on developing beginner to mid-level skillsets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ASANA's capabilities and be able to effectively train our team to utilize the platform to its fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• :Develop a Comprehensive Training Program: Design and deliver a 3-week training program tailored to our specific needs. The program should cover a wide range of ASANA features and best practices, ensuring that our team members are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively manage projects. Address gaps in the understanding of core functions in ASANA
• .Provide Specialized Support: Offer 1-on-1 training sessions to support our new Creative PM in becoming an in-house ASANA expert. This will involve providing personalized guidance and answering any questions they may have
• .Monitor and Support: Track team progress throughout the training program and provide ongoing support to ensure that they are effectively utilizing ASANA. Address any questions or challenges that may arise
• .Hands on organization: ASANA consultant to conduct a 'hands on' reorganization of how the current workflow is set up that addresses our unique challenges

Qualifications

• :Proven experience as an ASANA Consultant with a deep understanding of ASANA's features and functionalities
• .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the experience to effectively train and mentor team members as groups or 1-on-1
• .An experienced project manager who can understand organizational needs and implement how ASANA can be most effectively utilized to help teams improve their efficiency and productivity
• .Experienced ASANA user who can organize our workflows within ASANA that sets up the team for success
