This position reports to the VP of Component Programs and the DHC8/CRJ PLMs and is primarily responsible for overseeing all activities related to Regional One's RBTH programs. The RBTH Program Directorupdates the sales team and other departments on the status of repair orders, program P&L and acts as a liaison between Regional One, and designated approved repair sites and customer accounts. He or she coordinates the exchange management process of all parts and materials received and shipped related to the RBTH business. This position is also responsible for monitoring new sales campaigns, adjudicating contractual issues, managing repair vendors and will help coordinate any applicable billings with necessary stakeholders.

Specific Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide the Repairs & RBTH team of administrators
- Govern repairs costs in accordance with program budgets
- Develop and maintain all RBTH platform cost models
- Consult repair vendor sourcing for best pricing and turnaround time, as needed
- Review RBTH program performance and customer activity
- Update KPI reports and presentations
- Negotiate with repair vendors for long term repair contract pricing
- Review and negotiate repair, consignment and other strategic contracts as necessary
- Follow up and expedite post-quote-approval for delivery dates
- Create purchase orders for units brokered for customers or piece parts brokered for repair
- Assist quality with repair related issues and inspections of nonconforming parts and assemblies - including parts received with damage or other physical discrepancies and parts received with paperwork or trace related discrepancies
- Contact vendors for QA related discrepancies and communicate them back to quality and receiving team
- Review current availability, tag dates, and customer/vendor quoting activity for all RBTH pools to source and replenish stock
- Visit target customers and suppliers to support sales or procurement opportunities
- Assist sales team with feedback and instructions as needed
- Assist with follow up of overdue cores and monthly billings
- Source repair and modification solutions as well as technical information
- Projects or reports as requested by the CFO or Controller in addition to AP/AR team
- Create repair orders (with guidance) as requested by sales account executives
- Manage min/max inventory levels for the RBTH pools
- Approve repair orders and returning parts back as is or scrapping parts on site
- Research repair shops for the best quotes
- Enter, review, and approve quotes received from shops related to SO
- Track parts out on repair
- Source piece parks in stock and on the market to reduce repair costs
- Monitor core returns through the repair process and coordinate any applicable core billings with repairs and sales team
- Follow up on RO's
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure cores are returned in a timely manner with all trace and documentation
