Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), required.
- Active medical license in Wisconsin and Minnesota, required.
- Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, preferred.
Responsibilities Include:
- Patient Care: Conduct thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
- Preventive Health: Provide vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling to promote preventive care.
- Chronic Disease Management: Manage and treat chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Community Outreach: Engage in community health initiatives to promote wellness and disease prevention.
