We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our new clinic in Scandia, MN. In this role you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a community setting. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic conditions, performing routine check-ups, and providing preventive care to promote overall health and wellness.

Typical Schedule

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), required.
  • Active medical license in Wisconsin and Minnesota, required.
  • Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, preferred.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Patient Care: Conduct thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
  • Preventive Health: Provide vaccinations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling to promote preventive care.
  • Chronic Disease Management: Manage and treat chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Community Outreach: Engage in community health initiatives to promote wellness and disease prevention.
