Responsibilities
Help agents create and practice their sales scripts
Create and implement company budgets and expense reports
Plan and direct sales team training
Oversee the sales team's activities and performance
Develop and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications
Provide advanced negotiation expertise when necessary
Previous sales experience
One year of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred
Team leadership ability
Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety
