Essential Job Functions
- Serve as the finance liaison for assigned business units, providing analytical and budgeting support.
- Manage the planning and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial reports, including monthly financials, revenue, and expense reporting.
- Perform advanced financial analysis and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for manufacturing operations, including capital planning and overhead allocations.
- Collaborate on the review and approval of material, labor, and overhead standards.
- Participate in cross-functional corporate initiatives to improve financial systems and processes.
- Mentor junior financial analysts, ensuring the successful accomplishment of team goals.
- Support internal and external audit activities, and participate in physical inventories and fixed asset audits.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in analysis, finance, or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with experience in complex data analysis.
- Experience in a supplement or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing demands and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
