The Ivy Street School is a small, year-round, private residential special education school committed to advancing equity and access for young people living with disabilities. We serve neurodiverse adolescents ages 13-22. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the organization, clarity, and efficiency of clinical documentation and services at Ivy Street School, a therapeutic 766 Day and Residential School that serves students ages 13 to 22 with Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Neurological Disorders, and Behavioral Health Challenges. Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations, the Clinical Manager functions as a leader and organizer, with particular attention to strategic initiatives in service delivery and administration.

QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in social work, LICSW strongly preferred, or the ability to obtain LICSW within 90 days of hire; 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role required. Expertise in PBIS, Trauma-Informed Care, and family systems Experience and comfort with public speaking Excellent family engagement skills Excellent organizations skills Certifications in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Ivy Street School can provide these trainings) Driver's license

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversite of Clinical Administration
- Provides administrative leadership to the clinical department
- Responsible for ensuring clinical service delivery aligns with Ivy Street School's values and meets standards outlined in students' IEPs and treatment plans
- Collaborates with Ivy Street's Administrative Assistant to maintain cohesion in student charts and documentation
- Carries a small student caseload
Leadership, Coaching, and Supervision
- Organizes the Ivy Street School Clinical Internship Program, participates in the hiring process, and develops the training series in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Operations
- Provides clinical supervision to Ivy Street clinical interns
- Supports the organization and needs of clinical department meeting in collaboration with Director of Clinical Operations
- Responsible for organizing the onboarding of new clinicians and clinical interns in collaboration with Director of Clinical Operations
- Provides orientation and in-service training on behalf of clinical team
- Holds a late-night shift once a week and has a leadership presence at Ivy or CFP
- Receive supervision and guidance from the Director of Clinical Operations.
Family Engagement
- Upholds a high commitment to family therapy on their own caseload
- Leads quarterly parent support group
- Collaborates with the Director of Clinical Operations to provide direct parent training
Documentation & Quality Assurance
- In collaboration with the Director of Clinical Operations, ensures all clinical documentation meets regulatory standards including but not limited to risk assessments, BASC assessments, psychosocial assessments, Trauma/Substance abuse assessments, EEC treatment plans, Caring Together Treatment plans, IEP goals/progress notes, department meeting notes, and sign-ins and data collection
- Creates a cohesive tracking system for all clinical documentation: assessments, treatment plans, etc.
- Participates as a member of the Ivy Street School Compliance Team
- Participates in quarterly internal audits of Ivy Street School clinical and educational documentation
- Submits CEUs and takes initiative on organizing training opportunities for the department
