Crown Laboratories, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Planning Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving the successful execution of our Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) across multiple product groups and go-to-market channels. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in materials management, procurement, and inventory planning, with a demonstrated ability to lead, strategize, and optimize supply chain processes. Primary Responsibilities:

• Master Production Schedule (MPS) & Production Orders:
  • Plan, revise, and execute the Master Production Schedule to ensure timely availability of finished goods for various product groups and business units.
  • Analyze and manage MPS, MRP, and material master/parameter data within ERP and IBP/S&OP systems.
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP):
  • Execute MRP by placing and managing purchase orders with vendors and contract manufacturers.
  • Maintain and monitor open purchase orders, ensuring timely updates on ETA changes and resolving any purchase order to invoice discrepancies.
• Inventory Management:
  • Develop and maintain detailed inventory plans for finished goods and raw materials across multiple locations, including factories, offsite contract manufacturers, and global 3PLs.
  • Monitor inventory turns (Months of Cover) and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Supplier & Vendor Relationships:
  • Maintain constant communication with vendors and contract manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Operations, Quality, Sales & Marketing and Finance teams, ensuring a cohesive supply chain of materials & information.
• Special Projects / Project Management:
  • Lead & manage special projects within supply chain operations to drive efficiencies & enhance overall supply chain performance.

Job Qualifications / Skills:

Requires any combination of education or experience equivalent to bachelor's degree in business, Materials Management, Supply Chain or related discipline, and at least 10 years responsible experience in Supply Chain/Inventory Management or similar role.

• MBA Preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of procurement/planning principles, theories, and processes
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Data driven decision making.
• Previous background in chemicals/packaging, inventory planning and/or contract manufacturing desired.
• Must be hands on, organized, detail-oriented, accurate and have strong multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and solve problems.
• Requires strong applied math skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be deadline-driven.
• Ability to gain knowledge of company products, and comply with company quality, environmental and safety policies and procedures and understand and adhere to FDA & GMP requirements.
• Should demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to interact professionally with internal and external customers, with great customer service.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in the Microsoft Excel package
