Job Summary
Job Duties
The Assistant Director reports directly to the Director of the Counseling Center and is responsible for all administrative and supervisory duties in the Director's absence. The Assistant Director has significant duties and responsibilities that include but are not limited to: providing individual and group psychotherapy, crisis/emergency intervention and conceptualizing, implementing, and coordinating monthly and yearly assessments of the services offered at the counseling center. Other duties may be assigned.
Requested Minimum Qualifications
Other Preferences for Consideration
Candidates with a Doctorate Degree of Social Work from an accredited college or university may also be given preference.

- Ph.D or Psy.D in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
- Must maintain State of Maryland licensure (including obtaining CEUs via instructional workshops, webinars, and online courses)
- 2 years experience working in a Counseling Center
