Job Description
The Account Executive will be self-motivated and will manage the sales life-cycle including generating leads, writing proposals, making presentations, identifying and securing new business opportunities, monitoring account performance, and following up on sales activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Acquire new business accounts within target multi-tenant buildings by building relationships with the individual tenants, and property management.
Call on prospective customers and tech partners.
Develop and manage existing accounts.
Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives.
Maintain awareness of all in-building activity, new developments of products, services, technology and industry.
Qualifications
We do not require specific background skills, however we do look for high quality professional candidates with strong work ethic, people skills, organization, with a results-drive attitude.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
